I'm having an Open House on Sat. Main leads you to the Bel Aire Campus, a beautiful setting with over 200 trees.  Residents experience twenty first century benefits with high tech amenities by being the first to offer free Wi-Fi Internet access to residents.

Modern digital programmable thermostats are being installed in every apartment.  Ceiling insulation plus new double pane windows upgrade energy efficiency.  New kitchen appliances, new shower and bath tub surrounds, new carpets and  vinyl floors are just a few of the interior improvements.  A few apartments feature restored original hardwood floors.  New exterior security doors lead to freshly painted lighted hallways.  Each 4 unit building has new coin operated washers and dryers.  Free water service and free trash service, plus a limited number of garages are free while available.

Pet Friendly----Cats and Dogs (under 15 pounds) are welcome.  No additional security deposit required.  An additional $25.00 per month will be added to your monthly rent.  One bedroom apartments rent for $390, 2 bedrooms rent for $470.  The security deposit is the same as the rent.
