The weather is hot and beautiful and buyers are coming to tour our community!  I had people here last week from Arizona who are coming to Iowa to get back to the basics.  Their dream has been to find an acreage, buy a couple of horses, and enjoy a peaceful quality of life to raise their family.  I have found that people never buy what they say they want, but we had fun scouting out the area looking for a pond, horse barn, and privacy.  They left town without buying, but called a few days later to make their offer  No pond, no horse barn, but a beautiful secluded rancher with walk-out basement captured their hearts.  It was my favorite house too, but I thought they'd buy another one with the horse barn.  Now, if that's what YOU"RE looking for, I'll know right where to take you!  I'm here to help you find what you really want.  We'll discover it together, and I'll negotiate in your behalf.  Let's get together soon.  Email me at mjennison@mchsi.com or call 319-759-2260.
