Thanks for joining my "Two Bit Fitness Club"!  Here's what we are doing.  Find an exercise that you enjoy and pay yourself one penny for every minute of exercise (up to 25 minutes).  I finished January with 794 minutes on my aerodyne bike for 136.1 miles!  I had a hard time starting over in Feb. and missed the first day of the month.  I'm back with it with 120 minutes and 21.1 miles.  Send me an email if you want a "reporting partner".  Maybe we can encourage each other to stay on track.  I started with just 10 or 15 minutes and now I'm up to an hour!  If I can do it, anyone can .  Check with your doctor.  Mine said, "diet and exercise!" now!  Just say "yes" to yourself.
